Dot to Dot in the Sky: Stories of the Aurora Borealis

"I really want to see the Aurora in person but I didn’t know that the Aurora had so many stories. I would recommend this book to people who want to see the Aurora because in the end of the book it tells you what conditions to see the aurora best. I rate this book ⅘ . This book needs to talk more about the science behind the Aurora. I say even in pictures the Aurora still looks amazing or the people who took the pictures are just great photographers."

"Dot to dot is a very good book. I liked how it showed the northern lights from above the earth or ( the light of the northern dancers). All different types of people and family say different things. I also like that some of the drawings in the book. It was about gods so I give the book a 8/10."

"Stories of the Auroras is a detailed book it had a lot of cool pictures. One of my favourite things in the book is the amazing photographs of the northern lights. This book had some cool story that I liked. It had many cool drawings. I thought that it was cool how it talked about the things that we were learning about in science. My favourite story in this book was called Sky Spirits. It is a very fascinating story. I would rate this book a 4/5."

"I personally thought this book was mediocre. I liked it, but I also disliked it. It was non-fiction, but it was super nonfiction. It had way too many words. Although, the legends were pretty interesting. My favourite part is where a young man is getting his “friends” to pull him up a bank with a rope, but to trust their loyalty, he ties a rock to the rope instead. They pull it halfway up the cliff, but then they dropped it, and it shattered. He then knew that they tried to kill him, and he ran away from them. I would recommend this book to someone our age, who likes to read a lot. I would not recommend this book to anyone older than us, or someone who dislikes reading. Overall, I rate this book a three, and I might read it again."

"I thought this book was ok. It was not long but not too short, which is good because there are fact and mini stories in it. All the pictures were simple and not very detailed which I rarely see in some books nowadays. The book is about legends which made the book more interesting to me. They also took real pictures of Auroras happening which look really cool. There are a couple of different colours in Auroras which make them all original, because they’re not all the same colours. I give this book 4 out of 5. "
